Accounts

Remedi is provided to brokerages, and people join by invitation from their brokerage. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Your brokerage’s administrators control who has access and what each person can do.

Your content and your responsibilities

Your brokerage and its people own the listing information, photographs, brand materials and marketing they bring to or make in Remedi. You give Remedi permission to use that content only to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload or connect, for checking marketing before you use or publish it, and for making sure it is accurate and complies with the rules that apply to you, including fair housing laws, your MLS’s rules and your brokerage’s policies. Remedi drafts copy with the help of AI; drafts can contain mistakes and should be reviewed.

Connected services

When you connect a service such as Instagram or Constant Contact, you authorise Remedi to act on your instructions through it, and that service’s own terms also apply. Remedi publishes to Instagram only when you confirm a post. You can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Remedi to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, publish misleading or discriminatory advertising, interfere with the service, or access data that is not yours.

Subscriptions

Brokerages pay the fees for their plan, including any usage beyond its included limits, as shown at purchase or in their agreement. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Remedi available and to improve it, and we may change features over time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

Remedi is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Remedi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending use

A brokerage can stop using Remedi at any time under its plan; its data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. We may update them; if a change matters, we will update the date above and tell account administrators. Questions: hello@remedire.com.
