Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account and profile details. Your name, email address, phone numbers, professional title, MLS ID, office, website, headshot and bio, entered by you or by your brokerage when it invites you.
• Listing information. Property details, prices, descriptions and photographs, taken from the listing services and websites your brokerage connects (for example FMLS through Bridge Interactive) or entered or uploaded by you.
• Brand materials. Logos, fonts, colours, templates and contact details your brokerage provides so that its marketing looks like its own.
• Content you create. The campaigns, captions, files and settings you make or change in Remedi.
• Connected accounts. If you choose to connect Instagram, we receive your Instagram professional account’s user ID, username and account type, and an access token that lets Remedi publish the posts you confirm. If you choose to connect LinkedIn, we receive your LinkedIn member ID, your name and an access token that lets Remedi publish the posts you confirm. If your brokerage connects Constant Contact, we receive the access needed to send the emails it asks us to send.
• Billing. Plan and subscription details. Card numbers are entered with and held by Stripe; Remedi never sees or stores them.
• Usage and security records. Sign-in times, the actions taken in an account (for example a campaign built or a file downloaded), and the technical information any web service receives, such as IP address and browser type. We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To provide Remedi: build listing marketing and Business Essentials, deliver files, send the emails and posts you ask for, and show your brokerage’s administrators the activity in their account.
• To write listing copy and captions. Listing facts are sent to an AI service (Anthropic) to draft text, which you can edit before anything is used. That text is grounded in the listing; we do not use your information to train AI models.
• To bill the brokerage’s subscription, provide support, keep the service secure and fix problems.
• To send service messages such as invitations, notices that marketing is ready, and account emails.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Instagram

Connecting Instagram is optional and done by each person for their own account. Remedi requests only the permissions to read your professional account’s basic profile (so we can show which account is connected) and to publish content. Remedi publishes only when you press Post or Share to Story on a confirmation screen that shows the image and caption. Remedi does not post automatically or on a schedule, and does not read your messages, comments, followers or insights.

Your Instagram access token is encrypted on our servers, refreshed as it ages, and deleted when you disconnect. You can also remove Remedi at any time from Instagram under Settings, Apps and websites. See Data deletion.

LinkedIn

Connecting LinkedIn is optional and done by each person for their own profile. Remedi asks LinkedIn for your member ID and name, so we can show which profile is connected and post as you, and for permission to publish posts on your behalf. Remedi publishes only when you press “Post to LinkedIn” or “Post to Both” on a confirmation screen that shows the image and caption. Remedi does not post automatically or on a schedule, and does not read your connections, messages or feed.

Your LinkedIn member ID, name and access token are kept only to publish the posts you confirm. The token is encrypted on our servers and deleted, with your member ID and name, when you press “Disconnect” in Settings or ask us to delete it. LinkedIn’s sign-ins last 60 days; after that you reconnect. You can also remove Remedi at any time in LinkedIn under Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services.

Who we share it with

Your brokerage’s administrators can see the people, listings and marketing in their own account. Each brokerage’s data is kept separate from every other brokerage’s. We share information with service providers only so they can run Remedi for us:

• Render (hosting and database) and Cloudflare (file storage)
• Anthropic (drafting listing copy and captions)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google Workspace (sending Remedi’s emails)
• Constant Contact, Meta (Instagram) and LinkedIn, when you or your brokerage connect them and ask Remedi to send or publish
• Bridge Interactive and the listing services your brokerage connects (reading listings)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect Remedi, our customers or others from fraud or harm.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information while the brokerage’s account is active. When a brokerage leaves Remedi, its data is deleted rather than kept. A person removed from a brokerage loses access immediately. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time; see Data deletion.

Security

Remedi uses encrypted connections, encrypts stored credentials and access tokens, separates each brokerage’s data, and limits what each person can see by their role. No service can promise perfect security, and we will tell affected customers promptly if a breach affects their information.

Your choices

You can view and change your profile in Remedi, disconnect Instagram or LinkedIn in Settings, and ask for a copy of your information or for its deletion by emailing hello@remedire.com. Remedi is a business service for real estate professionals and is not directed to children.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account administrators.
