Disconnect Instagram in Remedi

1. Sign in to Remedi.
2. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Instagram.
3. Choose Disconnect.

Remedi deletes your Instagram access token and connection details immediately. Posts already published stay on Instagram, where you can delete them yourself.

Remove Remedi from Instagram

In Instagram, open Settings, then Apps and websites, find Remedi and choose Remove. Instagram tells Remedi, and Remedi deletes your connection automatically. If you also ask Instagram to delete the data Remedi holds, Remedi deletes your posting history too and gives you a confirmation code.

Ask us to delete your information

Email hello@remedire.com from the address on your Remedi account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm the request, delete your personal information and any connected-account data within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. Where your brokerage holds marketing it paid for, we will explain what belongs to the brokerage’s account.
